Step 1 · Input

Scenario Select

Pick the real chase state first. Mimic is a sequencing killer, not a raw stats killer.

Current scenario

Use this when the survivor has already seen you and is trying to create space.

The breakpoint to watch is 30 stamina for stealth entry and roughly 35 if you want a safer Speed chase.

Step 2 · Output
Speed into Strength is optimal
Recommended sequenceSwap play

This is the classic conversion route for opening on a healthy target.

Step

Switch to Speed Mode to close the gap with movement, not damage.

Step

Use Leap or body position to force the survivor to commit their route.

Step

Swap into Strength immediately before the real damage sequence starts.

Input

Pick the current chase scenario and drag the stamina slider to your real state.

Output

You get the recommended stance sequence and the reason that sequence is correct.

Use case

Best for Mimic players who know the modes, but need faster swap decisions mid-match.

Mode Reference

Use this as a quick reminder of what each stance is actually for.

Speed Mode

Best for closing distance with 25.3 move speed, but terrible for finishing because damage falls to 11.

Strength Mode

The default kill mode. 44 damage means every clean follow-up matters more than raw movement.

Stealth Mode

The access mode. Use it to bypass information, tunnel, and start the fight on your terms.

5-second cooldown rule

The whole optimizer revolves around not wasting your stance swap. Enter a mode because it solves the current problem, then leave it as soon as that problem is solved.
